Provide exceptional banquet and event food and beverage service;
Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs) including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, staging, and décor;
Serve food and beverages according to established standards;
Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings and ensure food safety;
Break down and reset banquet spaces and assist with buffet setup and replenishment
