The Opportunity

As the HR Coordinator, you will work directly alongside our VP of HR, gaining hands‑on exposure to Employee Relations and Benefits Administration that most entry‑level roles don't offer for years.
We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator. This isn't just a desk job; it's a front‑row seat to executive‑level Human Resources. You will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring our Employee Relations and Benefits Administration run like a well‑oiled machine.
Benefits Backbone:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, ensuring our team feels supported from onboarding to open enrollment.
ER Support:
Assist in drafting documentation for employee relations matters, maintaining meticulous records, and helping the VP stay organized during complex investigations.
Project Lifeline:
Jump in on special HR projects, from revamping the employee handbook to coordinating benefit materials for Open Enrollment and wellness initiatives.
Because you'll be supporting the VP of HR directly in the executive suite, you'll be at the heart of our company's daily operations, working in a space that reflects our brand's excellence.
You will receive direct daily access to and mentorship. This role is designed for someone who wants to master HR administration and move into a Generalist or Specialist path.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration and employee relations.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, ACA) and proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits software. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
