Join a rapidly growing, 100% employee‑owned manufacturing organization targeting $100M in annual revenue by 2027. As our new HR Director you will step into a high‑visibility, collaborative partnership with the CEO, COO, and CFO to drive long‑term workforce planning and HR strategy. Managing a lean, cross‑functional team of three across Illinois and Florida, your core responsibilities will include spearheading leadership development programs, navigating multi‑state compliance (IL, FL, CA, OR), and spearheading a crucial transition to a self‑funded healthcare model in partnership with our external brokers.

Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in managing a massive recruitment surge to support a major new customer onboarding at our Florida facility.

To excel in this role, you must bring comprehensive HR leadership experience strictly within a non‑union manufacturing environment, with deep expertise in managing production ebbs and flows and leveraging temporary staffing strategies. Mastery of Paycom (including its payroll, learning, and performance modules) is highly preferred to maximize our existing HR technology infrastructure. Because you will oversee our largest workforce hubs and critical western outposts, you must be willing to travel regularly between Illinois and Florida, alongside an annual trip to California and Oregon as business needs dictate.

We offer a competitive target compensation of $110,000 to $120,000, a flexible "remote as needed" policy for true work‑life balance, and a direct stake in our collective financial success.
