Recruiter – Manufacturing Hiring

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Recruiter with a manufacturing industry known for its innovative products and commitment to quality. This is an immediate need at a union manufacturing facility, supporting the full cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and production roles. The Recruiter will own the recruiting process independently, demonstrating organization and speed in a high-volume setting, with a focus on speed, organization, and execution.

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days.
• Coordinate the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication.
• Support the hiring process for roles such as Packagers and Machine Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely.
• Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs.

• Proven recruiting experience in a high-volume or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to quickly jump in, make calls, and seek out feedback efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
