This position involves working closely with the Senior Manager of Benefits to oversee daily U.S. benefits administration and support benefits initiatives across EMEA and APJ regions. What you'll do
  • Administer U.S. health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
  • Manage the U.S. 401(k) program, addressing employee questions and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to support employee leave programs.
  • Ensure accurate processing of benefits enrollments, life events, and payroll activities.
  • Assist in administering global benefits in EMEA and APJ, working with local partners.
  • Support compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee performance and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance global benefits operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in benefits administration, handling complex programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. health and welfare benefits and retirement plans.
  • Experience with international benefits in North America, EMEA, or APJ.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration systems;
    Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with benefits administration systems and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for workflow efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Practical notes
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • The role requires in-office presence five days a week.
