Human Resources Specialist

This temporary role will play a key part in supporting critical Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and front desk operations. The position is designed to ensure efficient day-to-day support while contributing to the department's overall service excellence, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.

** Position Requirements:*
* + High School diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Human Resources experience preferred.

+ HRIS System knowledge preferred.  

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
