Compensation Analyst, HR​/Recruitment

• Developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas.
• Conducting market analyses and recommendations.
• Participating in salary surveys.
• Assisting in the annual salary compensation review.
• Supporting the administration of compensation including salary and API.
• Analyzing data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
• Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Demonstrates expertise in job analysis, compensation program design, and project coordination within Human Resources. Proficient in data analysis and effective communication of pay-related information to support compensation administration.
