DescriptionPosition Summary
Perform functions to demonstrate, support and develop software and related products. Act as a key intermediary between customers and technical teams to identify and resolve functional and performance efficiencies the goal of optimizing software applications. With a moderate to advanced level of support and application expertise, resolve moderate to complex software queries, verify the alignment of software solutions with business objectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes for internal and external customers.
Additionally, this position will be expected to grow the capabilities of Mitutoyo software products around documentation in its various forms, including legacy (existing documentation) and new “help” technologies.

Work EnvironmentOffice Environment/Hybrid – 2 days office and 3 days remote (optional)
Physical DemandsThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

RequiredEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent education/training, and at least four years’ experience in a related field. Familiarity with metrology tools and measurement systems is a plus. Preferred knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality control tools.
