Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Aurora, IL. In this role, the Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide desktop computer support, respond to help desk inquiries, and deliver high-quality IT solutions. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems while ensuring a seamless technological experience for both business and residential clients.
Qualifications- Proficient in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers
- Familiarity with essential Information Technology systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Proven experience in delivering customer-oriented IT services
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
