The Growth Operations Manager owns the engine behind growth, architecting the systems, data infrastructure, reporting, and processes that power Jellyvision's market demand engine.
You will build a best-in-class growth operations function that enables ABM/ABX at scale, drives executive-level reporting, optimizes our tech stack, and ensures marketing is a disciplined revenue partner.
- GTM Infrastructure & Tech Stack
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, intent, analytics tools)
- Architect clean integrations and scalable data flows
- Evaluate tools for ROI and eliminate unnecessary spend
- Ensure systems fully support ABM/ABX orchestration
- Reporting & Revenue Intelligence
- Own attribution models and pipeline reporting
- Build dashboards used by Marketing, Revenue, and Executive leadership
- Translate campaign performance into business impact
- Maintain data hygiene and lifecycle integrity
- Revenue Systems Alignment
- Partner with Sales Ops to ensure seamless CRM alignment
- Design lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and account prioritization logic
- Establish shared definitions across Marketing and Sales
- Operational Excellence
- Establish marketing operating cadences and cross-functional workflows
- Improve campaign launch processes and accountability frameworks
- Bring rigor to forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of ABM/ABX infrastructure and measurement
- Expertise in attribution and pipeline analytics
- Systems thinker who thrives in complexity
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales Ops and Finance
- Built or redesigned attribution models in B2B SaaS
- Optimized martech budgets and vendor portfolios
- Experience in multi-product or hybrid revenue models

Remote - Starting Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
