Nexxen is looking for a curious, analytical, and impact-driven professional to join our team. If you enjoy working with data to uncover insights and are motivated by solving open‑ended, custom business questions, this role is for you. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver highly customized analytical solutions and uncover innovative ways to leverage Nexxen’s digital and TV viewership data.
Responsibilities- Own and execute custom ad hoc analytical requests, often with loosely defined requirements, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive campaign analyses and provide expert guidance to client analytics teams using Nexxen’s platform.
- Collaborate with senior analytics partners to develop in-depth analyses leveraging TV viewership data, third‑party data assets, and campaign data available on Nexxen’s end‑to‑end platforms to deliver accurate measurement results.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, address data anomalies, and enhance data visualizations for bespoke measurement reporting.
- Generalize one‑off or custom analyses into scalable frameworks where possible, while supporting ongoing ad hoc reporting needs.
- Design, execute, and evaluate advanced experiments to validate advertising effectiveness and inform strategic business decisions.
- Partner closely with Nexxen’s Account, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive analytical solutions that deliver client value.
- BA / BS required, graduate degree preferred, ideally in Analytics or a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or data‑focused roles, including hands‑on work with AdTech or media measurement solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex, custom client deliverables with minimal structure or predefined playbooks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proven self‑starter and “do‑er” who is comfortable taking initiative in a fast‑moving, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in consultative, client‑facing roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development, performance optimization and experience with relational databases and Hadoop/Big data environments.
- Hands‑on experience with R, including ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot sophisticated R scripts.
- Experience with data visualization, with the ability to create polished dashboards and customized views.
