PositionSummary
Leads a team by providing strategic leadership and oversight for data‑driven decision‑making and program effectiveness. Develops and implements comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies. Leads the measurement and evaluation of programs, oversees the creation of impactful reports and visualizations, and provides strategic recommendations based on data insights. Fosters collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data governance and compliance while driving continuous learning and skill development within the team.
Manages and optimizes analytics processes, leveraging data for strategic planning and guiding teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Works with cross‑functional teams to get a deep understanding of product design, intended outcomes, and market competitors.
- Strategically defines client reporting narrative and template, partnering with technical teams to bring the report from requirements to execution.
- Interacts with senior leaders to share product insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Guides a team to use data‑driven insights to provide accurate reports to executive‑level management, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring continuous growth of the business.
- Creates and maintains dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators that support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strategically decides when to leverage data to support decision‑making and achieve the organization’s goals and critical deliverables for growth and improvement.
- Creates and executes advanced analytics solutions in conjunction with critical deliverables to ensure successful improvement initiatives.
- Manages and prioritizes multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables stay within scope while driving consistent business success.
- Creates protocols to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of work experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare strategy, or actuarial sciences.
- 5+ years of execution and delivery experience (planning, delivering, and supporting).
- Proficient in business intelligence tools.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Mastery of problem solving and decision‑making.
- Growth mindset with agility and continuous learning.
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
- Highly strategic thinker capable of translating vision into executable plans.
- Proven ability to thrive in cross‑functional, highly collaborative environments.
- Strong capability to navigate ambiguity, define scope, and set clear boundaries.
- Demonstrated success working across both business and technical teams.
- Strong process discipline with solid project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 – $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range, and includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
