Associate Director​/Architect- global investment management firm

Help design and evolve the technology platform supporting ETF products at one of the world’s largest global investment management firms with trillion in assets under management. The Investment Technology team builds systems that support portfolio management, trading, and product operations across the firm.

This role sits within the ETF technology group and focuses on improving and scaling the platforms that support ETF workflows. You’ll work closely with developers, portfolio managers, traders, and product teams to design cloud-based solutions and help mature existing systems that were originally built by portfolio managers and quants.

The role involves hands-on architecture work, guiding development teams, and helping ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with how the ETF desk operates. The team is looking for someone with a development background and experience with technologies such as Java, React, and AWS or other cloud-native environments. Exposure to data platforms like Snowflake and familiarity with ETF products is helpful.

The base salary for this position typically falls between $200,000 and $225,000, with additional bonus compensation and full benefits.
