Senior Product Manager

Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company in the legal technology space, building secure, cloud-based software for eDiscovery, case management, litigation preparation, document review, analytics, and workflow automation.

They are looking for a technically strong Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for core platform capabilities, including infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, security, identity, and shared services.

You will shape the platform strategy and work closely with engineering, SRE, security, product, support, finance, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient platform capabilities. This role is focused on improving engineering velocity, platform maturity, reliability, performance, security, and commercial efficiency.

• Own the platform roadmap across data ingestion, processing, storage, APIs, security, identity, shared infrastructure, and internal services.
• Define platform vision and prioritise technical investments based on business impact, reliability, scalability, security, cost, and engineering velocity.
• Work with internal teams to identify platform limitations, workflow blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use telemetry, performance data, usage metrics, error rates, and cloud cost data to guide product decisions.
• Translate technical, security, and compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, API specifications, SLOs, and platform documentation.
• Partner with engineering on architecture, system design trade-offs, backlog priorities, releases, migrations, deprecations, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with security, legal, compliance, finance, and infrastructure teams on audits, privacy requirements, cloud cost optimisation, and capacity planning.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years focused on platform, infrastructure, developer tools, APIs, internal services, data platforms, or cloud-based technical products.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture, ideally AWS, distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, security, identity, observability, and infrastructure.
• Experience delivering platform capabilities that improved engineering velocity, reliability, cost efficiency, security, or scalability.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use telemetry, usage, performance, and cost data to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in eDiscovery, legal tech, or another regulated sector such as fintech, healthtech, insurance, compliance, or govtech is a strong plus.
