Vice President, Data & AI

Job Overview

Vice President (VP) to expand the Data and AI Practice. Responsible for P&L management, business development, client relationship management, solution architecture, and overall thought leadership.

Core responsibilities include:

• Lead business development efforts resulting in $10M+ annually in sales.
• Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide.
• Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice.
• Develop asset‑based solutions, create differentiated thought leadership, and engage in industry conferences and speaking engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, ideally serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals).
• Proficiency with cloud‑based technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, analytical libraries, and business intelligence tools.
• Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and the capacity to quickly build client trust.
• Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem solving, and influencing.
• Passion for and commitment to transforming healthcare delivery.
• Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character – demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
• Strong understanding of Epic Analytics Ecosystem and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics applications.

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $215,000 to $330,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for commission or an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
