About the RoleThe Senior Named Channel Account Manager (CDW) is a strategic, senior-level role responsible for owning and expanding Ninja One's most important national partner relationship. You will serve as the primary executive liaison between Ninja One and CDW, driving revenue growth, deepening executive relationships, and leading a coordinated go-to-market motion across CDW's full portfolio — including CDW Small Business, CDW Midmarket, CDW Enterprise, and CDW-Government.
This role requires a seasoned channel leader who can operate independently, influence at the executive level, and build scalable programs that move the needle across one of the largest technology resellers in North America.
Location — Remote in Illinois.
What You'll Be Doing- Own the strategic CDW partnership end-to-end: revenue targets, executive alignment, enablement programs, joint marketing, and pipeline development across all CDW segments and locations including Canada.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CDW business plan with clear KPIs, quarterly milestones, and measurable ROI — and hold yourself accountable to it.
- Build and expand executive relationships across CDW at all levels, from individual contributors to C‑suite and national practice leaders.
- Lead the channel sales motion alongside Ninja One Account Executives, ensuring tight coordination between CDW-sourced opportunities and Ninja One's direct sales team.
- Drive Ninja One's expansion upstream within CDW — from CDW Small Business into large midmarket, enterprise, and CDW-Government segments.
- Own pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting for all CDW-influenced business, delivering accurate and reliable visibility to Ninja One leadership.
- Design and deliver high-impact sales enablement, technical training, and certification programs that increase CDW rep productivity and Ninja One mindshare.
- Develop and operationalize joint marketing initiatives that generate measurable pipeline.
- Act as the internal advocate for CDW, bringing partner insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback into Ninja One's go-to-market strategy.
- Travel as needed to engage CDW technical and sales resources across all CDW locations.
- Other duties as needed.
- 7+ years of channel sales or partner management experience, with direct experience managing a major national partner or VAR relationship (CDW experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a strategic partner account — building the plan, executing against it, and delivering measurable revenue results.
- Executive presence and credibility: proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior partner leadership, including VP and C‑level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the CDW business model, sales structure, and go-to-market motion across segments (Small Business, Midmarket, Enterprise, Government).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop partner business plans, build territory strategy, and measure success against defined KPIs and ROI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities independently, build the case for action, and drive execution without waiting to be directed.
- Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed organizations both internally and externally to align stakeholders and move initiatives forward.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills; able to tell a compelling story, ask the right questions, and tailor your approach to audiences from field reps to executives.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, endpoint management, RMM, or adjacent SaaS technology strongly preferred.
This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship. Due to operational policies, Ninja One is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self‑relocate.
Starting Pay and BenefitsStarting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.
