Job Summary
Scrum Master –
The Opportunity:
You’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level while ensuring scrum principles are understood by the team and stakeholders. You’ll use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Mural to strengthen sustainable process improvements and deliver secure solutions that meet aggressive timelines. In this role, you’ll directly impact military missions by connecting modern security solutions with existing technology environments.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Facilitate daily stand‑up calls, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, road mapping, and requirements sessions.
• Coordinate between technical delivery teams and customers to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Coach the team toward higher performance and sustainable sprint cadence.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on the application of scrum principles.
• Collaborate with other teams and customers to mitigate risk and apply risk‑mitigation techniques.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving Agile teams.
- Proficiency with Agile project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, Mural).
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal direction while remaining engaged in a team environment.
- Capacity to work across teams for risk mitigation using risk‑avoidance, reduction, transfer, or acceptance techniques.
- Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Certified SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams in enterprise organizations.
- Knowledge of project and program management practices.
- Knowledge of budget tracking and management.
- Ability to coach a team to better outcomes via process improvement.
- DoD 8140 certification.

Compensation and BenefitsThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contractual requirements.
