The Identity and Access Management (IDM) professionals develop, design, deliver, and support powerful and complex solutions that establish the firm’s security strategies and technologies for authoritative access to its enterprise systems and products.
Responsibilities- Develop, design, and support IDM solutions that align with security strategies and enable authorized access to enterprise systems and products.
- Configure and maintain Okta—including user and application provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration with SaaS applications and tools such as Workday, GSuite, and JIRA.
- Support production environments and contribute to development work, ensuring high availability through load balancing, failover, and other HA solutions.
- Integrate Okta with Active Directory, LDAP, and other on‑premise directories.
- Apply CI‑CD concepts to automate deployments and testing.
- 4‑6 years of IAM experience, with at least 2 years working with Forgerock modules (IG/FRAM/FRIM/FRDS).
- Good understanding of IAM and security concepts, as well as Auth/OIDC concepts.
- Strong working knowledge of Java.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing Okta users and applications, with proficiency in SSO and application provisioning.
- Experience with identity management, IDaaS, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and on‑premise integrations.
- Experience configuring high availability solutions such as load balancing and failover.
- Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and LDAP.
