Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Empower Cloud Leaders to drive various programs within Customer Success
- Collaborate with different teams within CSG
- Demonstrate versatility in tackling a variety of problem statements
- Provide timely responses to leadership inquiries
- Work outside standard hours when needed
- U.S. Citizenship required, no dual-citizenship
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required
- 8+ years experience in data analytics team
- Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL
- Expert with one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Curiosity to dive deep & fetch insights
- Excellent storytelling skills for Exec level stories
- Ability to present data/dashboards to the leadership team
- Quick learner of new tools in Analytics
- Team-player and mentor to junior analysts
- Assume responsibility for projects from start to finish
- Direct experience (2+ yrs) in data-engineering (nice to have)
- Tableau certification (big plus)
- Hands-on experience in advanced analytics (nice to have)
