Senior Project Manager, Business Technology

Responsibilities

• Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific IT projects
• Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
• Lead and manage project teams
• Accountable for delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of projects
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Develop and implement IT strategies (e.g., agile methodology, predictive product management methodology, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years’ of experience in project management, preferably IT-related
• PMP or CAMP certified with IT-related project experience, required
• Proven experience in managing a project team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels effectively to promote collaboration and partnership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
