Position Summary
Senior Analyst - Pharma Reporting responsible for ensuring delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturers' contractual reporting requirements and providing post-production support for Pharma's data and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Review and redline Pharma data reporting contracts to ensure clear understanding and capture of data quality and specifications.
- Assess feasibility of data delivery by researching Specialty Pharmacy systems and collaborating with data system partners.
- Collaborate with CVS Specialty & Retail Trade teams to understand upcoming data project needs and product pipelines, providing updates on implementations.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation based on Pharma contractual data specifications, communicating clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for Pharma and third parties during contract redlining, implementation, and ongoing support of Pharma data and reports.
- Lead data-related discussions and address data-related questions, reviewing and investigating any data issues in a timely manner and ensuring they are addressed per contractual SLAs.
- Partner with external and internal teams to address data questions and issues, conducting root cause analysis of non-compliant data concerns.
- Write and execute SQL queries to combine, parse, extract, and manipulate data for analysis and resolution of complex data requests.
- Collaborate with development team and account managers to analyze and collect metrics and insights for Quarterly Business Review meetings with Pharma.
- Track Pharma reporting projects/intake for successful delivery and handle additional responsibilities related to data requests for Pharma clients.
- Creating and reviewing business and technical documents and contract language (15%).
- Ensuring production inquiries resolved in a timely manner, root cause analysis of non-compliant data concerns (20%).
- Analyzing data from feeds and warehouses to determine feasibility of reporting requests (10%).
- Tracking project implementations or intake for data-related changes (30%).
- Maintaining project documentation (business requirements, technical specs, design docs, test plans, etc.) (10%).
- Writing and executing SQL queries for data reporting (15%).
- R Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Accounting, or other scientific-related field of study.
- P 4 years equivalent work experience.
- R 1+ years of SQL or other programming experience.
- P 2+ years in client-facing role.
- R 2+ years in professional services environment with clients/stakeholders, preferably in reporting requirements, data reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- P 1+ years of healthcare experience.
- Client-facing experience.
- Influence and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Can do attitude.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other similar programming languages.
- Knowledge of requirements documentation (business, functional, solution).
- Experience reviewing and redlining contractual documents.
- Experience in healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of Teradata, Google Big Query, Snowflake, and Oracle databases.
- Strong working knowledge of data reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.
Annual salary range: $46,988 - $112,200. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
