HELPDESK TECHNICIAN

Hours:
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation starts at $46,020
Requirements:
- Ability to lift IT equipment up to 60lbs
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to climb a ladder as needed
- Personal vehicle and valid driver s license
- Interpersonal skills communicating with staff and students in a professional manner, desired
- Self-motivated to seek out answers to trouble shoot tickets and known issues, desired
- Experience in K-12 educational institutions, desired
- Ability to work independently, desired
- Helpdesk experience, desired
- Knowledge of Windows operating system environment, desired
- Knowledge of MacOS and iOS operating systems, desired
- Knowledge of ChromeOS and Chromebook hardware, desired
- Knowledge of Local Area Network, desired
