Sr. Administrator of Finance Tech Solutions

This position serves as the product owner of Corp Tax and provides financial administrative support for SAP S4 Hana. Ideal candidates will show the ability to blend system administration with tax/accounting knowledge, focusing on transactional and reporting efficiencies. As product owner of Corp Tax, the position will help drive vision and strategy, support updates and changes, and ensure effective usage. Additionally, S4 Hana support includes certain master data maintenance, accurate data interfaces and internal control support.

• Position reports to the Director – Global Financial Systems Corp Tax product owner
• Partner with the internal Tax group on product usage vision and strategy
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including internal and external users, external Corp Tax support, and business leaders
• Make informed decisions on product features and updates; act as internal change leader, partnering with external Corp Tax support on updates and changes when required
• Accountable for the efficient usage of Corp Tax, providing training and support to internal users as needed; troubleshoot system issues
• Administer user access and permissions
• Support data integration between Corp Tax and accounting ERPs and One Stream Consolidation platform

• Support financial master data updates including chart of accounts changes and cost center maintenance
• Partner with One Stream administration team to ensure accurate and timely monthly interface from S4 Hana to One Stream
• Work with S4 Hana security team to ensure finance roles appropriately meet segregation of duties requirements
• Support data extracts for internal control reviews

• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial systems, tax technology solutions, and enterprise applications. (Knowledge of Corp Tax and SAP software, including underlying modules. helpful but not required.)
• Strong excel skills, including data manipulation and modeling.
• Ability to learn and apply foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax concepts to support technology solutions, data processes, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to map data between financial and tax software.
• Experience delivering successful system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven success partnering with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive effective change management and adoption.

• BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
• Concentration in Information Systems of Finance, Accounting, Finance Computer Science.

The salary range for this role is $111,652-$167,478 with a midpoint of $139,565. Offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the midpoint; however, offers at the maximum of the range are not customary. The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.
