Job Details Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of family law experience.
  • Experience in divorce, legal separation, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, maintenance, child support, orders of protection, and other related matters.
  • Responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients.
  • Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and a member in good standing.
