IT Purchasing Specialist

• Purchase IT products and services to support business operations.
• Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products.
• Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders.
• Complete reports and special projects.
• Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Oracle and Service Now preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in IT procurement processes, vendor relations, and contract negotiations, while effectively managing purchase orders and stakeholder communications. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and preferred tools like Oracle and Service Now to support business operations.
