* Diagnose and repair issues with automated systems, robotic arms, PLC systems, and conveyor systems (nonsoftware related).
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and efficiency.
* Work with industrial robotic assembly devices, cobots, AGV / AMR, vision systems, electrical systems, and manufacturing automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Identify potential system failures and ensure critical components are stocked for quick repairs.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation technology and suggest process improvements.
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of all automated systems.
* Other duties as assigned.#

Qualifications:

* ** Ability to work 2nd Shift 2 pm-10 pm.
*** High School diploma / GED equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
* Technical expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation systems (mechatronic background). This role requires someone with strong automation experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.
* Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair.
* Experience with preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other team members.
* Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
