Part‑Time Cleaning Technician (Janitor) – Aurora

City Wide Jani Inc. is looking for reliable candidates to fulfill part‑time custodian positions for medical facilities in Aurora, Illinois. Shifts vary between 6:00 pm & 8:00 pm Mon‑Fri and some weekends.

• Ensure adherence to OSHA and maximum safety procedures
• Empty trash from any and all trash receptacles
• Clean and sterilize restroom(s) and exam rooms
• Clean kitchen/breakroom
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors and carpet
• Dust windowsills, air vents and any other area
• Sterilize all high‑use areas to reduce the spread of bacteria and any other harmful agents
• Maintain the grounds surrounding the property
• Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor
• Secure building upon completion and set alarm
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to Operations Manager

• Paid training
• Rate of pay $16.00 per hour

• Availability after 6 pm
• Custodial experience preferred 1 yr – 2 yr required
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risk and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Vehicle required, but not mandatory
