Electrical Maintenance Technician

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about electrical systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, motors, drives, and control panels.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Install, test, and service wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive process improvements.

• High School Diploma.
• Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, and industrial power distribution.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO programs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
• Technical or vocational training in industrial electricity.
• Ability to work both in office and on the plant floor, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).

$34.00/hr - $38.00/hr

2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
