Overview
Seeking a Project Manager to lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program execution within a healthcare services environment. This role serves as the primary operational contact post-launch and partners cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery.
Responsibilities- Support client onboarding and implementation with sales and operations
- Manage day-to-day execution of client programs post-contract
- Serve as primary operational client contact
- Translate client needs into internal workflows
- Identify risks and support scope validation
- Coordinate across logistics, field services, and operations teams
- Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed
- 3–5 years project management, client operations, or customer success experience
- Healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, or service industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CRM / Salesforce experience preferred
