- 10+ years of experience leading leadership development, succession strategy, talent acceleration, or executive development
- Deep experience designing enterprise talent systems that accelerate leadership readiness, mobility, and retention
- Experience integrating AI-enabled coaching, talent intelligence, or career growth technologies into leadership ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‑functional talent transformation initiatives
- Strong systems‑thinking and strategic planning capabilities
