- Lead the Medicaid Strategy team
- Enable state Medicaid RFPs from content generation to formal submission
- Identify strategic opportunities for cost saving/value deriving initiatives
- Support divisional planning to ensure alignment across enterprise and matrixed partners
- Bridge the gap between data driven insights and actionable implementation activities
- Supply a strategic lens on new state/federal legislation requirements
- Establish yearly and quarterly goals to display progress
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Influence a team of strategic thinkers and build a culture of creative solutioning
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
- Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research
- Experience with Retail Markets
- Experience with Medicaid
- Experience leading and mentoring staff
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments
Demonstrates expertise in Medicaid Strategy, strategic planning, and analytics, with a strong focus on aligning initiatives with state and federal legislation. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and communicate effectively across multiple departments.
