The City of Aurora seeks a Warming Center Manager for a part-time, temporary role at the city’s warming center. You will lead center staff, volunteers, and contractors, oversee intake, service coordination, and daily operations, and ensure a safe, well-run facility.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in homeless or social services with at least 1 year in supervision. Hours approx. 24 per week Oct 1, 2026–Mar 31, 2027, mainly 8:00 am–5:00 pm, on-site.
