• Lead daily operations and ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are consistently met
• Manage line flow and balance labor to maintain throughput adherence and prevent bottlenecks
• Maintain a strong floor presence, quickly addressing disruptions to keep production moving
• Facilitate daily start-up meetings to align on schedule, priorities, and known constraints
• Monitor and act on key assembly metrics including attainment, units per hour, first-pass yield, rework, and labor efficiency
• Drive accountability by ensuring team members understand daily targets and performance gaps
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude in understanding assembly processes, tools, fixtures, and equipment
• Support proper use and setup of torque tools, fixtures, and test equipment
• Partner with maintenance to quickly resolve equipment-related downtime
• Ensure operators are following correct build methods and using tools properly

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in industrial assembly
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Demonstrated ability to use production data to drive decision making on the floor
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot assembly and tooling issues
• Hands‑on leadership style with consistent floor engagement
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
