Blender Operator - 2nd Shift - Dump Room
Compensation for this role is $19.25/hour (including a $0.75 shift differential).

Schedule- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday set schedule.
- Repeatedly maneuver up to 55 lbs of materials.
- Complete daily production logs and reports, including all HACCP and cGMP forms.
- Verify product integrity during the manufacturing process.
- Perform equipment or product changeovers as designated by the Production Supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris and foreign material.
- Follow standard operating procedures and job safety regulations.
- Communicate with production supervisor or plant manager on equipment troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Provide on‑job training for employees.
- Ensure all quality control checks are completed and documented.
- Report food safety problems and risks of intentional harm to the supervisor or authorized person.
- Identify and report unauthorized persons and potential safety or quality issues.
- Manage time stress related to fast‑paced work and multi‑task requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Liaison with other production personnel to ensure the production plan is being followed.
- Perform safety inspections and be aware of all safety points on machines.
- Troubleshoot defects and own the quality of products.
- Understand differences in powders and perform allergen and flavor clean procedures.
- Communicate with leadership regarding safety or quality issues.
- Fill out all documentation correctly and clearly.
- Assist in maintaining and promoting our safety culture.
- Identify defects on equipment or work area and immediately communicate to leadership.
- Identify and report unauthorized persons and potential safety or quality issues.
- Report food safety problems to the supervisor or authorized person.
- Ensure reporting of risks of intentional harm to the facility, personnel, or products.
- Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 3+ months in manufacturing, food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
- Experience in food environment or consumer product preferred.
- Occasional sitting.
- Lift up to 55 lbs on a frequent basis 6 inches from ground to waist.
- Lift up to 30 lbs on an occasional basis from waist to shoulder.
- Carry up to 55 lbs on an occasional basis up to 5 ft.
- Pull a 55 lb bag from a height of 60 inches on an occasional basis.
