Follows all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.;
Ensures a quality product through regular quality checks and reads/verifies line orders and spec sheets.;
Responds to Packers/Sr. Packers, QA, or other Process Techs when quality issues arise.;
Maintains a neat and orderly work area and participates in employee-driven teams to address scrap, quality, safety or other production issues.;
Performs all duties related to start-ups and reads travelers to set up orders within specifications.
