Line Lead Production

Overview

Line Lead Production Group Lead/Line lead/Assembly Line Supervisor/Production Line Lead Worker

• Lead the production staff on the line
• Inspect product every hour or more frequently depending on the project
• Reconcile to ensure accuracy of the job
• Perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
• Supervise temporary workers in an assembly line setting
• Fill in when temporary workers are absent (including lunch periods)
• Enter product information totals at the end of shifts into the WMS system

• Education Desired:
  High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production

• Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
• Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
• Ability to plan in advance for production in your area

• Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting
• Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs

• 1st shift - $18.00/hr
• 2nd shift - $18.50/hr

• Temporary Long Term Background/ Drug test
• Background checks as required
