Job Description

As a Feeder Operator (Pressman Assistant), you will assist the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press and perform regular maintenance on the equipment. The role includes delivering high‑quality printing that meets customer expectations.

• Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client’s needs and company expectations.
• Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine.
• Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure that all raw material is available before starting production.
• Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator.
• Participate in any other related task.

• Mechanical skills are a plus.
• Printing industry background a plus.
• Entry level to 2 years experience as a 2nd Press Operator is a plus.
• Autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous.
• Great team spirit, flexible.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

3rd Shift: 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
