Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a Production TIG Welder II for Adecco at our local Customer in Aurora, IL, you will earn $27.00 per hour and receive a weekly paycheck.

Primary

Responsibilities Include:

+ Perform TIG welding, fitting, setup, and operation of tools and equipment to complete production work according to standard work instructions.

+ Lay out, measure, align, cut, and deburr metal components using calipers, rulers, straightedges, and other measurement equipment to ensure quality welds and code compliance.

+ Inspect welds for quality, identify nonconforming conditions, troubleshoot simple production issues, and communicate concerns to Team Leads or Supervisors.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles while supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 2-5 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment

+ Ability to read and write in English and perform basic computer tasks using Microsoft Windows

+ Ability to use measuring equipment, hand tools, basic math skills, and lift up to 50 lbs.; capable of standing, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods
