Manufacturing General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team. This role supports daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast paced setting.

• Assist with production line operations, including assembly, packaging and labeling of products
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed (training provided)
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Sheet Metal experience
• Use band saw, wet saw, dry mitre saw
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

• Ability to stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending stooping and reaching

Starting Salary: $18 - $20/hour or higher depending on experience.
