What You’ll Do

As an Assembler, you will perform hands‑on manufacturing activities that support the production of high‑quality medical devices. Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you'll follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, identify quality concerns, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to approved procedures and work instructions.
  • Follow quality requirements and perform in-process inspections to verify work accuracy.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, hot boxes, and tipping machines.
  • Utilize hand tools and measurement devices including calipers, rulers, tweezers, cutters, and precision assembly tools.
  • Prepare workstations and perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness.
  • Complete Lot History Records (LHRs) and other manufacturing documentation accurately and completely.
  • Identify defects, nonconformances, or equipment concerns and communicate them to production leadership.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities within manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain material traceability and organization throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Follow all quality system requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Experience
  • No prior manufacturing experience required.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in assembly, production, cleanroom, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to accurately record production information and inspection results.
  • Comfortable using computers for basic production documentation.
  • Ability to use measurement tools such as rulers and calipers.
  • Ability to use hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, and similar assembly tools.
  • Ability to use manufacturing equipment such as glue dispensers, heat guns, ovens, and soldering equipment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates good judgment and a positive, professional attitude.
