Assembler - Paint Line 2nd shift

The Assembler ensures products are built, assembled, and prepared for final shipping to the customer. This role performs required assembly tasks in a manner that ensures timely delivery to the customer and maintains a clean and organized work cell.

• Clean and prepare parts or assemblies for painting or finishing operations; hang clean parts on the paint line. Operate and maintain parts washer; maintain oil and water level and refill as necessary.
• Assemble product components following procedures and drawings; use tools and methods necessary to produce quality assemblies; perform soldering, wiring, plumbing, testing, brazing, etc.
• Assemble, install, align, fit, test, adjust, and package a variety of sub‑assemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment in the final product assembly. Glue and bond components together as required. Work to close tolerances and fits to meet operating requirements; products may be standard or customized and require special modifications. Make final adjustments on completed units.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations particular to the working conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One or more years of job‑related experience, including reading blueprints, electrical, and piping schematics, preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Placement in range will depend on previous experience.
