The expected salary range for this position is $29-$38 per hour (may include shift differential). Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage;

This is a 12‑Hour Night Shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) with rotating weeks of Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. The role holder reports directly to the Sr. Manufacturing Process Manager and is responsible for performing setup of injection molding molds, including all auxiliary equipment, EOATs, starting the molds, addressing daily production‑related issues, training new molds, in‑mold mold maintenance and documentation. The position is also responsible for ensuring machines, molds, auxiliary equipment and associated automation operate efficiently.

• Ensure machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and automation operate efficiently.

• Must be able to work a 12‑hour night shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) with rotating weeks.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years in injection molding processing.
• Experience with setup and startup of molds and related equipment such as robots, automation, and auxiliary equipment.
• Technical knowledge of common injection molding issues related to mold, material, machine, and process.
• Experience with EOAT robot programming and setup.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and fluid power.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to follow instructions and explain technical problems to team members.
• Motivated, organized, and eager to learn; can apply critical thinking skills in a timely manner.
