Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment during operations and downtime;
Troubleshoot defects and own the quality of the products;
Fill out paper reports (parts, allergen clean and flavor change sheets, safety audits) clearly;
Work with known allergens and powders on the production floor;
Follow Safety, Quality, GMP, MAV, HACCP procedures
