** What You'll Do
** As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Union title; Millwright), you'll help maintain and repair the equipment that keeps our operation running. Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a team that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

* Responsibilities include:

*** Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery.
* Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Assisting with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
* Supporting plant layout changes and production improvements.
* Leveling, aligning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment.
* Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
* Working safely and contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement.

** What We're Looking For
*** Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
* Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
* Commitment to safety and teamwork.
* Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills.
