Daubert Chemical Company is seeking an experienced Production Operator as the Production Lead for the 3rd shift. The Lead will oversee team operations in the Metalworking Department during 3rd shift hours and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of the production plan. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in chemical formulation in a manufacturing environment.
The role requires strong leadership skills and collaboration abilities to successfully meet production goals and ensure safety compliance throughout the shift.
