Perform basic mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties on one or more production lines within acceptable cycle time and yield standards;
Conduct simple automated, stress, and bench testing by following work instructions and direction from the Lead Assembler;
Successfully perform newly assigned assembly duties within acceptable ramp-up time;
Learn and apply new assembly tasks through work instructions and guidance from the Lead Assembler;
Maintain consistent dependability and flexibility, including willingness to work late or start early and OT as needed
