Position Summary
Our Palletizing area is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor role. You will help prepare meat and deli products for safety compliance and ensure that local restaurants and residents receive fresh, safe products every day. This role supports our commercial production facility, which handles premium Black Angus beef and other meats.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive wages start at $18.40 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $25.40 per hour based on performance. Union benefits are available. An employee referral incentive can earn you up to a $900 bonus.

Role DescriptionThe Production Worker responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to Aurora Packing Company policies and procedures, and performing general labor tasks across the plant. The position may include other production areas in addition to the Palletizing area.
Responsibilities Palletizing Operator- Operate a console that controls the strapping machine and box sealer.
- Strap the boxes, push them through the glue machine and monitor the machine, ensuring the machine does not damage the boxes.
- Stack the boxes on pallets, keep up with the production line, and provide training and support to employees.
- Transfer boxed product from the conveyor onto the designated pallets.

- Must be open to being cross‑trained in multiple areas and/or departments.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, including weekends, when scheduled.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs.
