Job Summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an experienced professional to manage new machine and packaging line installations, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GCP standards, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

This position may require overtime and weekend work. Attendance to work is essential to the role.

Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain change control documentation, calibrations, and assets for new machine and packaging line installations.
  • Analyze equipment, machines, and packaging processes for potential new business, leveraging knowledge of materials, parts, fabrication, tooling, and personnel capabilities.
  • Manage new product and process quotes with Business Development, Cost Estimation, Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams.
  • Review and incorporate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with equipment vendors regarding specifications and delivery.
  • Create and manage technical documentation for machine and line installations across multiple building locations.
  • Develop capital expenditure reports in coordination with Facilities and Engineering; track and report on project budgets, timelines, and expenditures.
  • Participate in development and implementation of new or modified production projects, including equipment procurement, installation, and qualification activities.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
  • Plan and direct on‑site and off‑site testing for new machines or equipment as required.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and provide training to various departments.
  • Ensure adherence to PCI policies, cGMP, and GCP procedures.
  • Use measurement devices such as rulers, calipers, and fractional scales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager / Supervisor / Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3‑5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in statistical and advanced mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of multiple programs.
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken, written, and reading communication.
  • High reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information to diverse audiences and follow management direction.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work abilities.
  • Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
  • Adaptive to changing goals and willing to pursue training in blueprint reading and Solid Works.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
Compensation

The hiring rate for this position is $69,920 – $78,660, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject‑matter expertise.
