Compensation:
Based on experience, starting at $17.50–$19 per hour.
What a day looks like
At 7:00 a.m., you start your shift at Timken’s Aurora Bearing facility. You’ll stage materials, verify labels, and prep outgoing product so our production teams and customers get exactly what they need, when they need it. Mid-morning might find you operating a sit-down forklift to unload a truck, taking care to store materials correctly. After lunch, you could be delivering parts to local vendors in a company vehicle, running cycle counts to keep inventory accurate, or supporting shop operations near sawing, turning, and grinding equipment.
By 3:30 p.m., you’ve helped keep manufacturing moving safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
Package and label products with complete, accurate information and proper handling care.
Deliver parts to local vendors; unload incoming product and store it correctly.
Move materials using powered industrial equipment (truck, forklift, power pallet lifter, etc.).Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
Perform periodic cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records.
Read, interpret, and complete production forms.
Work around and support operations using sawing, turning, and grinding machinery.
Schedule1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.Mechanical aptitude and solid shop math skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Clear communicator with co-workers, suppliers, and plant leadership.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
You should be proficient in Shipping/Receiving Material handling
