From your first part to your final in‑process check, you’ll blend craftsmanship with process control:

Operate and fine‑tune production equipment: presses, laser marker, inkjet, electro‑etch, fit stations, ovens, swage equipment, bore grinders, drill press, mills, and roll threaders.

Read blueprints and verify features: fit, center, stake, stamp, and part identification per print requirements.

Inspect visually and physically using precision gaging such as micrometers, calipers, and other gauges.

When experienced, set machines to specified parameters, run first‑piece parts, make adjustments to meet print characteristics, and complete all documentation for set‑up approval.

Load parts, cycle equipment, and perform in‑process checks at defined intervals—adjusting as needed to maintain quality.

Keep machines running reliably, including monitoring and maintaining proper fluid levels.
